Serena has been a student of the healing arts,
higher consciousness, body/mind therapies, yoga, Waldorf Education
and world dance
since 1968. She has been instrumental in forming and teaching
in four Waldorf Methods schools as well as teaching yoga, children’s
dance, musical theater, visual arts, weaving, acupressure, conscious
relationships and dance therapy. She is also a massage therapist
and certified trainer for many of the Siddha Vaidya external
treatments, working in conjunction with the Indian Longevity
Clinic, Kerala, India. She feels blessed to participate in bringing
this ancient science to the Western world.
Serena
is the mother of four beautiful children and has been married
to her wonderful and very supportive husband
for over
thirty years. Together, they have been playing in the
rock/worldbeat band, Synergy,
for the last twenty years.SS
Set among the vineyards of beautiful Mendocino County, California,
with a magnificent view of the western coastal mountains, this
beautiful treatment room is an addition to the family home. Its
warmth and light are wonderfully conducive to deep relaxation
and allowing the treatments to work their magic.
